4. User Content and PrivacyUsers of the Website/Platform may submit content, including property listings and other information. By submitting User Content, you grant the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive right to use, distribute, display, modify, publish, reproduce, and translate your User Content on the Website and in the Company’s marketing materials.

You agree to obtain all necessary permissions and rights before submitting property descriptions, company information, financial data, maps, photographs, or other content to the Site. You warrant that all property-related information you provide is accurate and that you will maintain its accuracy over time. You also agree not to post a property on the Site under any name other than the individual authorized by the property owner to market the property under the terms of a listing agreement.
Plural Properties reserves the right to remove any or all information, and to deny services to any user who fails to comply with these Terms at its sole discretion.
If a user of the Site provides information, feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions, techniques, concepts, essays, know-how, ideas, or other content, including personally identifiable details (such as name, address, telephone number, email, or any other personal information), these submissions will be treated as non-confidential.
