Is property posting really free?
Yes. Free Posting is the default plan when you have no usable paid credits. Existing posting rules and account permissions apply. Direct inquiries, tours and Lead Inbox replies do not use Lead Credits.
When does my trial begin?
Your trial begins with your first successful admin assignment. Check Lead Credits for the current allowance and duration. You can buy credits before the trial ends if you need more.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused paid credits expire one year after payment verification. Credits expiring first are used first; a top-up does not extend older credits. Trial credits expire on their original expiry date, including after an upgrade.
Can I top up whenever I need credits?
Yes. Buy Starter or Agency credit packs at any time using M-Pesa in Kenyan shillings or Stripe in US dollars. Each pack has its own one-year expiry. There is no monthly subscription or automatic charge.
Does buying credits guarantee assignments or sales?
No. Assignments depend on request availability and provider suitability. Credits do not guarantee sales, and they are used only when an admin successfully assigns a request.
How do business partnerships work?
Submit an application describing your business, capacity and goals. Our team will review it and contact you directly. Review does not activate unlimited credits; onboarding is a separate process.
