It has a four bedroom house a study house a store house and a kitchen garden whose leasing attracts an extra fee. he Security Deposit of the same amount as rent is 80000 which is to be paid before moving in and the monthly rent due on the 8th of every month. The electricity bill is supposed to be transferred to the tenant before moving in. Water bill and lawn maintenance is on the landlady. Maintenance is done monthly with huge maintenance costs being drawn from the security deposit. The balance is refundable at the end of the lease. Smoking is at owners own discreet. There is a dogs kennel within the compound which attracts pet ownership at no extra charge. There is adequate private parking.
